🚀 ANIMATION

Crescent Moon Films hired me to animate the opening credits of their romantic comedy feature film, Her Minor Thing. I worked directly with the film's writer and director to create the animation. I also designed the titles that intercut between animation scenes. I was in attendance when the film debuted at the Seattle Film Festival, an event I hold fond memories of to this day.

All Muffler Service is a muffler shop located in Rocklin, California. I have created several animated commercials for their YouTube channel and website to help promote their business and enhance their SEO. This commercial showcases custom 3D characters designed specifically for the client, incorporating their brand colors and logo.

2D animations offer colorful, dynamic visuals that immediately grab attention. In a world filled with static images and text, they stand out and make your message pop. They can be adapted for different styles and tones to suit your brand’s unique personality. I created all the animations in this video, demonstrating three techniques: 2D Animation, Rotoscoping, and Lineboil.

Traveling Gringos is an animated Web series that I co-created and animated. Launching in 2008 on YouTube, it became the internet’s first daily animated Web series, completing its run with over 100 episodes. At the time, a nascent YouTube chose our animation to help launch its new 'Film and Animation' section.

TREP is my independently created superhero that I animated from 2002 until 2004. In 2009, I signed a DVD distribution deal with Apprehensive Studios.

I later revisited the TREP characters and expanded the storyline in my 80-page graphic novel of the same name.

🎥 MOTION GRAPHICS

I worked with a graphic designer to create the look and feel for this video, which was a brand reveal for Charge, Inc., using programs like Final Cut Pro and Motion.

Working with a graphic designer, I animated their storyboard designs using motion graphics techniques in CreateStudioPro. This video was displayed vertically in a repeated loop, without audio, on the wall of an event in Sacramento, CA.

I animated this ad for Berkeley MIMS, specifically for a LinkedIn advertisement. I worked with a graphic designer at an advertising agency to complete this project, bringing his designs to life using Apple Motion and Final Cut Pro.

I created this Facebook video ad using Final Cut Pro, Motion, and Photoshop to convey the intended message by having text message bubbles pop up and animate over video clips for the California Employee Loan Program (CELP).

I edited this video in Final Cut Pro, which aimed to promote adventure cruises to Antarctica for Polar Latitudes by giving viewers a glimpse into a day in the life onboard their ship.

I edited this video for Nordby Signature Homes using Final Cut Pro. The shots were filmed by drones of their Signature Homes.

I wrote, directed, and edited this video for the YouTube channel Initiate Improvement in Final Cut Pro.
